The re-engineering labelling systems and upgrade of Sphere Health Care Pharmaceutical Australia with
ELS and
Baumann was completed end of March 2008. The first new line was commissioned in December 2007 and the output had already accumulated double the production use by the end of January 2008.
A high speed Tamper Proof Labeling production Line from
ELS has been successfully installed.
It can simply apply for hologram/tamper proof/tamper evident/security label in the front and back edge of the carton/box like as L-type seal. Different sizes are accommodated through simple adjustments. The low cost and high speed labeling machine uses stainless steel chassis for dust, water and contaminants protection. Ball caster and fixing studs are also installed on the chassis for greater mobility. Rapid change over without changing parts require in different sizes of products. Display screen for convenient operation and data reading. Machine frame, main components and stand are made of stainless steel to meet
GMP factory requirement.
A second multi purpose high speed fully Automatic Pressure -Sensitive Labelling Line has been installed on the 28/03/2008 with great success.

The machine can apply labels on to rectangular products on to (one , two or three sites)
