2. Send us your defective component
If the cause of the trouble is a defective component, we will correct the matter either by repairing your system at your own site or sending you a genuine Baumann spare part. Your customer supporter will advise you on the best and fastest solution. If you send us a defective part for analysis and for determining the availability of warranty services, please include the special attachment sheet. This will make it easier to handle the process and will reduce your and our expenses.
